Real estate developer Crescent Heights has announced the launch of Crescent Seas, a revolutionary luxury offshore residential project. In partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, this innovative model proposes to live in floating residences aboard the Navigator ship, which will be refurbished with an investment of more than $50 million. The ship will feature 210 high-end residences, valued between $750,000 and $8 million, offering premium services such as luxury butler and Starlink internet.
The sale of these residences will begin on April 9 in Miami, while the maiden voyage is scheduled for December 2026. This visionary project, led by Russell W. Galbut and operated by The Apollo Group, plans to launch another four ships over the next five years, with extended routes covering exotic destinations on all seven continents.
This concept of luxury in motion represents a unique opportunity for the real estate sector, as it redefines the high-profile residence experience by combining comfort, adventure and exclusivity. Investors who bet on this type of project can capitalize on an emerging trend that merges residential tourism with luxury investment.
